Hope Day Camp is a faith-based day camp that welcomes children and families of all backgrounds and beliefs!
- Campers can attend from any school district or zip code!
- For K-6th graders: 6 weeks of daily activities including devotions, science, arts and crafts, music, challenge courses, gym time, free time and more.
- For 7th Graders: Our Next Generation Hope Day Camp is all the traditional fun of 6 weeks of day camp but on another level as these students begin to transition from campers to future Day Camp staff! 7th graders can expect MORE fun, games, reflection, and personal development!
- For Potty Trained 3-5 year olds: During Week 4 (July 27-30) we invite 3-5 year olds to attend a half day (8:30am-11:30am)opportunity to get a taste of camp featuring breakfast, music, art, science, games and more!
- Our K-7th graders attend Monday- Thursday from 8:30am-3pm and are served both breakfast and lunch.
- Every week campers can go swimming at Pioneer Middle School and 4 of the 6 weeks we go on a camp wide field trip (past field trips have included Letchworth State Park, A&A Train, Buffalo Zoo, Charcoal Coral, a Bisons Game and more!)
- Your child can attend one, some or all six weeks! We are not able to accommodate partial week attendance.
- All campers are required to be up-to-date on school vaccines.
Registration:
- The registration process is based on the grade/age your child will be when enrolled in school in September 2026.
- When you click the desired registration link below, you will be prompted to set up a Brightwheel Account if you don’t already have one.
- To get your invoice and receive all Day Camp registration details and announcements, you will need to download the Brightwheel app and make sure it is set to receive all notifications.

Staffing:
We are looking to hire…
- Staff in Training (8th Grade)*
- Junior Staff (9-10th Grade)*
- Staff (11-12th Grade)*
- Sr Staff (High School Grads)*
- Camp Nurse- NEW!
* refers to grade in September 2026

Cost & Payment:
- ALL campers will be billed according to the weeks of camp they registered for through our Brightwheel Registration system.
- Payment is due on the Monday prior to the start of each week of camp. Invoices will be sent at least 15 days prior to due date
- Credit (fee added), Debit and FSA cards are all accepted through the Brightwheel app for camp payment.
- Cash and check is also accepted prior to camp. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-1pm daily for these in person payments. You can also mail a check to 2 East Main St, Arcade, NY 14009.
- We do offer the following for an additional cost…
- Early Arrival starting at 7:30am- $5/day
- Late Pick-Up until 4:30pm- $5/day
Support:
- SPONSOR A CAMPER: We do not want finances to get in the way of a young person attending our Day Camp. If you are interested in sponsoring a camper, you can do so below or by making a donation through the church office. Sponsor a Camper- Suggested Donation between $40-125.
- VOLUNTEER: We are seeking adult volunteers to assist with serving breakfast, lunch and snack during camp. Volunteers are welcome from one day to many days during the summer. If this is of interest, let us know on the contact form below.
- AMAZON WISH LIST: In June we will post a link to an Amazon Wish list with materials that will help enhance our campers experience!
