ABOUT
The A Future with Hope Community Center invites individuals living with developmental disabilities to our monthly social club!
This monthly event offers physical activity, games, crafts and a snack break to those ages 16 and up. Our paid staff provides guidance and supervision for all social club activities.
The program is FREE and is offered to all, regardless of residency.
*Residential Staff and Self-Direction Attendants/Staff are welcome to assist during social club.
